SMB Forge ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered business automation tools for small businesses, including website hosting, AI scheduling assistants, ordering systems, invoicing, and SMS notifications (the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to conduct business in the United States to use our Service. By signing up, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Our Service sends automated SMS messages on behalf of our business clients to their customers. These messages include appointment reminders, order confirmations, invoice notifications, payment receipts, and review requests. By providing your phone number to one of our client businesses, you consent to receiving these transactional messages.
SMB Forge offers monthly subscription plans with one-time setup fees. Plans auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Starter Plan ($49/mo): AI SMS scheduling assistant, Google Calendar sync, appointment reminders, Telegram notifications and booking management, auto review requests. Does not include ordering, invoicing, voice, campaigns, or lead management.
Pro Plan ($99/mo): Everything in Starter, plus AI ordering via SMS, AI invoicing with PDF generation, Google Sheets tracking, inventory management, and Telegram order/invoice management. Does not include voice, campaigns, review management, or lead management.
Max Plan ($199/mo): Everything in Pro, plus 24/7 AI call answering, lead follow-up sequences, review management, missed call text-back, campaign texting, lead CRM, and priority support.
Features are limited to the plan you subscribe to. Upgrade your plan at any time to access additional features.
Our AI assistant responds based on the business information provided during setup. Responses are AI-generated and may occasionally be inaccurate. SMB Forge is not liable for incorrect information provided by the AI to end customers. Business owners are responsible for keeping their business information (hours, services, pricing) up to date.
You agree not to use our Service to: send spam or unsolicited messages; transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with our systems or other users; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
All content, software, and technology provided through our Service remain the property of SMB Forge. Client-provided content (business information, logos, product catalogs) remains the property of the respective client.
Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SMB Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
