SMB Forge ("we", "us", "our") collects information necessary to provide our business automation services:

• Business client information: Name, email, phone number, business address, payment details, and business configuration data.
• End customer information: Phone number, name, email address (when provided to our client businesses for scheduling, ordering, or invoicing purposes).
• Communication data: SMS message content exchanged between customers and our AI assistant, for the purpose of providing the service and improving quality.
• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our Service (scheduling, ordering, invoicing, notifications)
• To send transactional SMS messages (appointment reminders, order confirmations, invoices, payment receipts, review requests)
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To communicate with you about your account or our services
• To improve our AI assistant and service quality

3. SMS Data

We send automated SMS messages on behalf of our business clients. Your phone number and message content are used solely for providing the requested service. We do not sell phone numbers or message data to third parties. We do not use SMS data for advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to the specific business interaction.

• You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
• Reply HELP for assistance with SMS communications.
• Message and data rates may apply.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only as necessary to operate our Service:

• Telnyx: SMS delivery (phone numbers, message content)
• Stripe: Payment processing (payment details)
• Google: Calendar sync, Google Sheets (appointment and invoice data)
• Resend: Email delivery (email addresses, invoice content)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain business client data for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days. End customer conversation data is retained for up to 12 months for quality assurance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time
• Withdraw consent for data processing

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
